Green Vault Funds d/b/a DollarsDirect.com ("DollarsDirect"), is a wholly owned and operated company of the Guidiville Rancheria of California (the "Tribe"), a federally recognized Indian tribe. All loan application decisions are made by DollarsDirect at its office on the Tribe's Trust Land. The office is located at 621 Medicine Way #14, Ukiah, CA 95482. If your loan application is approved by DollarsDirect, your loan will be governed by Tribal law, applicable federal law, and the terms and conditions of your Loan Agreement. Loans from DollarsDirect are governed by Tribal law, applicable federal law, and the terms and conditions of your Loan Agreement, not the laws of your resident state. DollarsDirect does not lend to residents of AR, CT, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, PA, NM, NY, SC, VA, VT, and WV. Any offers of credit are subject to underwriting and verification processes and cannot be transferred to another party. This is an expensive form of borrowing. DollarsDirect loans are designed to meet your short-term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long-term financial solution. Late payments and non-payment may result in additional fees and collection activities as described in your Loan Agreement and as permitted by Tribal and applicable federal law. Availability of short-term installment loans is subject to change at any time and at the sole discretion of DollarsDirect. Military Lending Act (MLA) Notice: We do not offer loans to active-duty service members or their covered dependents, as defined by the Military Lending Act. Applications processed and approved before 4:00 p.m. PST Monday-Friday are typically funded on the next business day. Generally, a business day means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If you require funds on the same business day, you may request Real-Time Funding* by calling +1 800-660-2377. If you apply for a loan online through our account portal, Real-Time Funding will be automatically applied if your loan is approved on a weekday after our 4:00 p.m. PST same-day ACH cutoff, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday. If Real-Time Funding is not available or your institution cannot process a same-day transaction, we will use the next fastest funding method. *Real-Time Funding Disclaimer: While Real-Time Funding allows for immediate access to your funds, Real-Time Funding may be limited by banking factors. Even if you are eligible, the exact time your funds appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times. DollarsDirect does not charge a fee for Real-Time Funding; however, your bank may assess its own fee.
